CUSTOM ANTIQUE BED MATTRESSES
We specialise in making custom mattresses for antique beds, including four poster beds, French beds, corbeille beds and other non-standard vintage frames. If your bed has unusual dimensions, corner posts, curved rails or a recessed headboard, we can make a mattress to fit properly - with cut-out corners, rounded corners or shaped ends.
Antique beds are often different sizes from modern mattresses, so we can make your mattress to the exact internal width and length of your frame, including 3/4 antique bed mattresses, custom size mattresses and mattresses shaped around bed posts.
To order a mattress for an antique bed -
- ✔ Measure the maximum internal width and length of the bed frame
- ✔ For cut-out corners, measure the flat, non-cutout sections at the headend, footend and one side
- ✔ We make mattresses for antique beds, four poster beds, French beds, corbeille beds and 3/4 beds
- ✔ We charge £75 per cut-out corner; rounded corners and shaped ends are also available
- ✔ We can also make cut-out shallow bases to match - contact us for details
